I have always been the individual who starts the gym and stop because of shyness, but I would enjoy a 4am early running without fear. It wasn't until I met my personal trainer in the gym and started training then I became comfortable,dedicated, consistent and more. I'm not where I want to be but I definitely look better feel better and very comfortable within.
